Since the pandemic outbreak, Taiwan's universities, colleges, junior colleges and institutes have taken proactive measures to ensure a safety haven away from home for international students.

The Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (FICHET) produced the animation clip, with subtitles in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian, German, French, Arabic, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish and Finnish, a total of 15 languages, to promote the secure learning environment in higher education institutes in Taiwan.
