My nickname is Beam, I am a second-semester student at NCKU.I had been working for 5 years before coming to Taiwan as a sales executive at company named SCG in Thailand.I am now staying at Shengli6 dormitory. My favorite sport is soccer and badminton. I love to play drum.



1. What made you decide to study in Taiwan?



I would like to learn both Chinese and master degree program to lift up my capability which also enhances my career path in the future.



2. Briefly tell us about the program you are studying. What subjects are you studying? What have you enjoyed the most in your studies?



I am studying at IMBA with most of the subjects in financial field such as financial management, corporate finance, real estate finance, personal finance. Some of my courses are also in marketing field such as service marketing, branding. I enjoy most of the class offered by NCKU, IMBA.



3. How is studying in Taiwan when compared to studying and being a student in your home country? (Teaching Quality、Environment、School Equipment、Laboratory or others)



My bachelor degree was taught in Thai, but IMBA at NCKU offers me a course in English language and also my classmate comes from many different countries. So that not only knowledge sharing extracts from various perspective but also environment leads me to be more global intuitive thinking. School facilities and equipment are almost the same. Only if any process in Taiwan is always too disciplined. Taiwanese people need to use a stamp to endorse any either unofficial or official documents which may cause delay of process.



4. What has been the most difficult part about applying to study in Taiwan? How did you overcome the difficulty?



Some documents and information are still in Chinese. Website to register my profile are all in Chinese.



5. What do you plan to do after you have finish your studies in Taiwan? Would you like to stay in Taiwan?  Why? 



I will go back to my hometown to either establish my own business or find a job. Because I would like to stay with my family.



6. How do you think studying in Taiwan can benefit you in your future career?



Of course, studying in Taiwan not only provide my higher education but also learning other' s people culture as well as Chinese language. This global perspective is necessary since the business nowadays becomes more connected to others.



7. What do you see as your key achievements when studying in Taiwan?



My key achievements are graduation of master degree in my interested field and capability to speak Chinese for career usage.



8. What advice do you have for other interested overseas students who want to come to Taiwan to study?



I would like to recommend them to come to Taiwan for either higher education or bachelor degree. Taiwanese universities provide environment of great studying as well as better life with hard-working people. Living expense in Taiwan is also not too high to be affordable with assured quality and reasonable price. My student life in Taiwan will definitely be in my memory forever.
