The most important thing is the scholarship that I am receiving from my school. That helps me less concern about financial burden. Moreover, school ranking is also the point that I took into account before submitting application. And the similarities in culture between Taiwan and Vietnam could allow me to easily assimilate into the community.
As mentioned earlier, my degree is about human resources management. In this program, I learn lots of theories about organizational behavior, research methods, human resources management and work and culture, etc. I like study of organizational behavior most because I can understand how people think and react in different ways, in turn, come up with schemes for managing human resources so far.
I can say that studying in Taiwan is better than compared to my home country in terms of all aspects. Specifically, library has a variety of books and self-studying spaces; classmates come from many countries which allow me to enrich my cultural knowledge; competent lecturers with dedication to teaching students.
I think there are no difficulties when applying to study in Taiwan. All required documents are clearly posted on the website and you just follow those steps in sequence.
After graduation, I plan to find a job here and might stay in Taiwan for several years. Because the salary level in Taiwan is higher than in my country. Besides, I am interested in learning Chinese and want to improve it by staying here.
In my opinion, obtaining a degree with high rankings might give me more opportunities in my future career. Moreover, knowing Chinese language also create a competitive advantage in comparison with other applicants when applying for a job vacancy.
1. Improve English and learn new language (Chinese);
2. Experience when leaving abroad;
3. Learn how to overcome difficulties and adapt to different situations;
They should be well prepared for Chinese before studying Taiwan in order to get into the community.
