Today, as a result of 47 years of effort, this university is a dynamic place of learning offering quality education to those who study here. For some years it has been assessed as a first grade ranking institute of high education by the Ministry of Education and has served hundreds of graduates who are highly valued by their respective employers. Currently, the Tungnan University offers BS, BA, MS, and MBA degrees.
The educational program is divided into four divisions—the Daytime Division, the Nighttime Division. Two institutes and 20 departments are included in this educational program.

In recent years, we have invested a significant amount of our budgetary funds in teaching and research equipment to create a perfect place for professional practice, experiment and research and a campus that fully utilizes digital learning. We provide both teachers and students of the university an excellent multi-faceted teaching/learning environment in order to realize the goal of instructional excellence in an efficient and effective manner.
2. We are putting emphasis on the importance of professional certificates for both teachers and students and increasing the potential of our students in competing in the job markets:
Education at our university integrates teaching, learning and student guidance by setting up a certification examination center to certify different levels of certification (including international certification). To totally integrate the certification examinations into specialty classes is our plan. We encourage and motivate both teachers and students to obtain professional certifications. By actively doing so, students will substantially strengthen their competitiveness in the job market.
3. We seek to implement a learning quality assurance system in order to ensure effective learning for our students. To ensure learning effectiveness for the students, we have implemented the following:
o appropriate career-oriented courses, programs, and curricula;
o a conscientious teaching guideline for courses (programs) and curricula;

o a system for advancing the capabilities of teachers in teaching their respective specialties;
