*The International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) program is accredited by AACSB, the world's largest business education accreditation body.
The IMBA Program aims at nurturing future managers and professionals with strategic and international mindset capable of serving and competing in the global business world. The courses constitute a package to include foundation, functional core, and electives. Courses are taught by faculty members of the College of Management and International College, effectively enriching students' learning experience. Through the process of developing and drafting their thesis, students develop a close relationship with their supervisors. Scholarships are provided on the basis of merit while work-study openings are on the basis of need. Dual-degree opportunities with oversees universities are offered to students with excellent academic standing.

EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS
With the solid training and networking opportunities provided in the IMBA program, our graduates are enjoying promising careers in various sectors of industry. While some of our graduates are pursuing PhD in Europe and Asia, many others are professionals in businesses and non-for profit sectors or working as junior entrepreneurs. For example, a Haitian student worked on her thesis that deeply examines Tzu Chi Foundation, a worldwide Buddhist relief organization founded in Taiwan, and completed a high quality thesis. Upon graduation, she was offered a job by the United Nations, and she is now working with a humanitarian mission in Haiti. With her start up, another student is helping Taiwanese farmers to upgrade their produce and access new overseas markets. Both cases exemplify implementation of humanitarianism and corporate social responsibility, values that we stress in all of our courses.
