Our institute focuses on using plants for research in fundamental science, gene function, and biotechnology. Our goals are to train professionals who integrate traditional botany with modern biotechnology through courses in Plant Physiology, Microbial Genetics, Morphogenesis, Plant Molecular Biology, and Biotechnology. We aim to advance basic plant science research, such as studying the impact of low temperatures on chloroplasts and investigating drought resistance and carbohydrate metabolism in plants, to enhance national competitiveness in biotechnology and plant science.
