The Master of Science in Global Health is now open at the National Taiwan University College of Public Health, the first college in Asia to be accredited as a School of Public Health by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the US Department of Education. The Global Health Program is intended to support international students to be the next professional elite in health care science and industry.

The course will provide basic knowledge, methods and practical's on epidemiology and biostatistics, health care policy and management, social science, and environmental health. It will inform students how to apply the knowledge and skills to solve issues and outlooks pertaining to Global Health including the spread of pandemic infectious disease, disease burden on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), genetic public heath, health inequality, aging and maternity, nutrition, environmental pollution, equity and efficiency of health care policy and system, and health behavior.
